About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Gekara Games ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the No World Is Safe: Survival RPG mobile application (the "Game") or visit gekaragames.com (the "Website"). The Game is provided as a freemium service.

Information processed

Game and device information

The Game and its service providers may process technical and usage information, including device model, operating-system and Game versions, language or region, IP address, app-instance or installation identifiers, session duration, gameplay events, feature interactions, and general diagnostics. We do not request precise location information. An IP address may be used to derive an approximate country or region.

Crash and diagnostic information

Firebase Crashlytics processes crash traces, logs associated with a crash, timestamps, Game version, device and operating-system details, memory and storage information, and identifiers such as the Firebase installation ID and Crashlytics installation UUID. This information helps us diagnose crashes and improve stability.

Google Play Games Services

If you use Google Play Games Services, Google and the Game may process your Play Games player ID, gamer name, avatar, authentication status, achievements, game statistics, scores, engagement information, and saved-game progress. These data support sign-in, achievements, gameplay statistics, cross-device progression, and conflict resolution for saved games. The Game does not receive your Google account password.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play using Google Play Billing, with Unity purchasing software used in the Game. We may receive purchase status, product, transaction, order, and purchase-token information needed to provide purchased content, prevent fraud, restore purchases, and provide support. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Support communications

If you contact us, we process your email address, the content of your message, and any diagnostic information you choose to provide so we can respond and resolve your request.

Website information

The Website does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. Firebase Hosting processes ordinary request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the Website and to provide service-usage information.

How information is used

• Provide, operate, authenticate, and maintain the Game and Website.
• Save progress and make supported game features work across devices.
• Measure gameplay, understand feature use, and improve game balance.
• Detect, investigate, and fix crashes, errors, abuse, and security issues.
• Process and restore purchases and respond to support requests.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our rights.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to operate the Game and Website. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google Privacy Policy — Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Hosting.
• Firebase privacy and security information.
• Unity Privacy Policy — Unity game-engine and purchasing components.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy, including support, security, legal, and operational needs. Retention by Google and Unity is governed by their settings and policies. Firebase Crashlytics generally retains crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before removal begins.

The Game does not currently provide a separate Gekara Games account. You can manage or delete Play Games data using your Google Play Games profile or Google Account controls. You can stop future collection from the Game by uninstalling it. To request deletion of information controlled by us, email publicaddressforgames@gmail.com. We may need information sufficient to locate and verify the relevant data.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Additional age requirements may apply in your country.

Security and international processing

We and our service providers use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal terms and transfer safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game, Website, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated policy here and revise the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game or through the applicable store where appropriate.
